Big M is a family owned and operated business with a fleet of over 300 tractors, that specializes in freight transportation in all 48 states. Big M strives to maintain the highest customer satisfaction ratings for on-time delivery, driver performance, and customer service.
Objective:
To optimize Big M’s disaster recovery plans. Big M was still depending upon someone taking tape backups offsite. John Martindale, Director of IT, recognized this method as unreliable.
